How to create a flush window sill fascia

On this job we came across protruding window sills and wanted to ensure they were protected, without spoiling the look of the new cladding.

We’d already installed the insulation and overlaid beautiful looking Cedral cladding boards (C62 lap effect) in violet blue.

To tidy up the windows we first used a grinder to trim the sills back flush with line of the cladding and then fixed a Cap-Over fascia board over the top.

We then fitted the window reveals and the end result was a very happy customer who you can hear from at the end of the film.

Cladding: Better. Faster. Cheaper. Job done!
