About Sitebuddyz and our products
Sitebuddyz is a small British company. We create innovative, high-quality specialist tools for professional and DIY cladding installers which save them time and money and result in a better quality finish. We want to make cladding installation easier, faster, and less wasteful so more property owners benefit from beautiful, greener buildings, and installers achieve financial success. Our dream is to become the world’s most trusted one-stop-shop for specialist cladding tools that you can’t find anywhere else.
Our products are designed by our founder James Gibbens. A carpenter and cladder of more than 30 years, James is fanatical about helping people complete cladding jobs faster, cheaper and to a better standard.
We make sure that all of our products are rigorously tested 'in the wild' - which means on-site in demanding environments.
We also submit our products for testing by third party experts - you can read about the awards we've won from respected organisations like Professional Builder Magazine, Skill Builder and Pro Tool Reviews in our News section.
We certainly think so, and the reviews we get suggest they are too! All our tools are designed to pay for themselves in just a few jobs by saving you time, whilst also giving a premium, professional finish.
We've designed our products with the latest board materials in mind. Most of our tools are designed to cope with artificial weather boards just as well as timber boards. If this is not the case, we try to state this clearly.
Our tools are pretty easy to use but where a little help is needed we provide full instructions on the relevant product page for you to view. For example, you can see this on the Cladman Product Page. You should always follow health and safety best practice when using the tools.
The short answer is both! If you want a professional, tidy finish and to get jobs completed as quickly as possible, choose Sitebuddyz!
Yes, Sitebuddyz ltd guarantees that for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. You can read the full details on our Guarantee page.
Occasionally this happens and we’re sorry when it does. We manufacture and re-stock products as quickly as possible and encourage you to keep checking back. Alternatively, if you write to us at email@example.com we can let you know when we expect your product to be back in stock and reserve one for you with no deposit needed.
Shipping & Returns
We ship globally. On occasion, delivery is unavailable in some areas in the world due to matters out of our control.
Shipping of orders with a value of £100 or more to the UK is free. Any UK orders of less than £100 will not receive free shipping. If your order size is less than £100 for products being shipped to the UK OR you are making an order of any value from a market other than the UK, then the cost of shipping to your address depends on how far you are from our UK HQ. To find out the total cost of your order plus shipping (where relevant), add your products to the shopping cart and go through to the payment page. You can read more on our dedicated Shipping page.
For UK Mainland orders delivery will take 2-3 days, although delays can happen and is the responsibility of the courier. International delivery times (outside the UK) will vary, but we aim for them to take no longer than 7 working days. You can read more on our dedicated Shipping page.
You can read our full policy on our Shipping & Returns page.
