Our products are designed by our founder James Gibbens. A carpenter and cladder of more than 30 years, James is fanatical about helping people complete cladding jobs faster, cheaper and to a better standard. 

We make sure that all of our products are rigorously tested 'in the wild' - which means on-site in demanding environments.

We've designed our products with the latest board materials in mind. Most of our tools are designed to cope with artificial weather boards just as well as timber boards. If this is not the case, we try to state this clearly.

Our tools are pretty easy to use but where a little help is needed we provide full instructions on the relevant product page for you to view. For example, you can see this on the Cladman Product Page. You should always follow health and safety best practice when using the tools.

Occasionally this happens and we’re sorry when it does. We manufacture and re-stock products as quickly as possible and encourage you to keep checking back. Alternatively, if you write to us at info@sitebuddyz.com we can let you know when we expect your product to be back in stock and reserve one for you with no deposit needed.

We ship globally. On occasion, delivery is unavailable in some areas in the world due to matters out of our control.

Shipping of orders with a value of £100 or more to the UK is free. Any UK orders of less than £100 will not receive free shipping. If your order size is less than £100 for products being shipped to the UK OR you are making an order of any value from a market other than the UK, then the cost of shipping to your address depends on how far you are from our UK HQ.
